• First Straighten your Body then Stretch it – join both your palms over the head and turn left and right.
• Move your Back and shoulders. Rotate your shoulders like you are drawing a big circle. Do it clockwise/anticlockwise.
• Turn your head from left to right and upward-downward slowly 3 times. Keep your head straight while moving left to right.
• Blink your eyes regularly. Blink more eyes and quickly at regular interval.
• Take stairs during breaks and skip elevators at-least once.
